Hosted private branch exchange (hosted PBX) is a telephone exchange system built, delivered and managed by a third-party service provider. It’s also known as a Virtual PBX and this technology provides small, medium-sized, and enterprise organizations with a sophisticated telephone system, while minimizing equipment costs.
