D | Parameter | Description | | ---------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Default MEGACO version** | MEGACO version to use. | | **Default Sent Transaction Timer Value** | Maximum time to wait for a response to a transaction before sending a repetition. | | **Dialing Duration Timer Value** | Timer that is used for a long duration event. | | **Dialing Long Timer Value** | If one more digit is needed for a digit string to match a digit map, then the media gateway should wait the duration of this long timer for other digits. | | **Dialing Short Timer Value** | If a digit string matches a digit map, but it is possible that other digits provide a match for another pattern, then the media gateway should wait for this short timer to elapse for more digits. | | **Dialing Start Timer Value** | The start timer is used prior to any digits being available for processing against the DigitMap. | ## L | Parameter | Description | | ------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Local IP Address** | The transport protocol will be bound to this local IP address. | | **Local Port to Receive for Text Encoding** | Local port from where the media gateway listens for text encoding. | | **Local Response Timer Value** | The time value for the gateway to process an incoming transaction. | | **Loose H248 Message Decoding** | MEGACO accepts received messages even if they are not strictly compliant to the specification. | ## M | Parameter | Description | | -------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | **Mark Bytes sent before FSK message** | Enter the number of Mark Bytes the system shoudl send before sending FSK Data. | | **Maximum Number of DNS Pending Requests** | Maximum number of DNS requests that are pending. | | **Maximum Number of Ephemeral Terminations** | Maximum number of ephemeral terminations in this gateway. | | **Maximum Number of Retransmissions** | The maximum number of times a transaction is retransmitted if no answer is received. | | **Maximum Number of TDM Terminations** | Maximum number of fixed terminations in this gateway. | | **Maximum Sent Transaction Timer Value** | Maximum time to wait for a response to a transaction before sending a repetition | ## N | Parameter | Description | | --------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **No failover service changes** | No 'service changes' sent to MGC upon failover (warm shutdown, warm restart), makes failovers virtually 'transparent' to the MGC. | | **No Only Ephemeral** | A context with only ephemeral terminations is deleted. | | **No Remote Response** | On no response from the remote end an error message is sent for each pending transaction for this remote end. | | **No SCTP Send Acknowledge** | No confirmation is required from the SCTP layer. | | **Null Terminating H248 Message** | A NULL character is added at the end of the text coding. | | **Number of Worker Threads** | Enter the number of worker threads available to parallelize H248 Transactions. | ## O | Parameter | Description | | ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Observe default CAS events** | If checked a default event descriptor is used to detect CAS seizure events on CAS terminations in the NULL context. | ## P | Parameter | Description | | --------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Private IP Address** | The Private IP Address parameter is used to set an address for privately accessing an H.248 configuration. | | **Profile Name** | Profile name for this configuration. | | **Profile Version** | Profile version for this configuration. | | **Provisional Reply Transaction Timer Value** | Time within which the MG will send a Pending if the transaction takes too much time to complete. | ## R | Parameter | Description | | ------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Relay Unknown H248 Parameters** | MEGACO behaves as a relay regarding the parameters; it passes parameters received from the line transparently and the user may send parameters to the line using a second buffer, possibly including unknown or unexpected parameters. | | **Restart Timer Value to Retry Controller Association** | When no MGC answers to the cold boot command, the MG will wait for the duration of the value of this timer before trying to connect to another MGC, if there is more that one MGC configured, or to the same MGC if only one MGC is configured. | ## S | Parameter | Description | | ---------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | **Saved Replied Transaction Timer Value** | Number of times a transaction reply is saved. | | **SBC H.248 Default entry duration** | Default value of entry duration for automatically created H.248 filters. | | **SBC H.248 Default maximum bandwidth** | Default value of maximum bandwidth (bytes) for automatically H.248 created filters. | | **SBC H.248 Default maximum bandwidth pps** | Default value of maximum bandwidth (packets) for automatically H.248 created filters. | | **SBC H.248 Default temporary ban duration** | Default value of temporary ban duration for automatically created H.248 filters. | | **Seizure Bytes Used before Mark Bytes** | Enter the number of seizure bytes to use before the FSK Mark Bytes. | | **Send Transaction Pending Automatically** | transactionPending is automatically sent on the reception of a command. | | **Send Transaction Response Acks** | transactionResponseAck are sent. | | **Send Transaction Response Acks Immediately** | transactionResponseAck is sent immediately upon the reception of a response. | | **Serialize null context commands** | Serialize all commands on null context with the other commands. | | **Switch to Passthrough on tdm/ec=OFF** | Switches to pass-through mode when soft switch asks to disable echo cancellation (otherwise simply disable echo cancellation). | ##
