# Order Tmedia Support

You can purchase 9/5 or 24/7 support for your Tmedia products. A minimum of 1-year support is offered but you can elect to pay for 2 years or more.

**To buy a support contract for your Tmedia product**:

1. Click the **Tmedia** tab.
2. Select the Tmedia for which you wish to buy support.

3. Fill in the following fields:

* PO Number
* Select # of years for the support
* Select either:
  * 9/5 Standard Support
  * 24/7 Standard Support
* Check the Terms and Conditions

4. Click the check mark.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to pay for the support.
