# Action Log

**Action Log** is the history of every upgrade action run from [Upgrade Manager](/maas-documentation/maintenance/upgrade-manager.md). Open from **TB Nodes > Upgrade Manager > Action Log**.

## What You See

Each row is one action, showing:

| Column    | Description                                                           |
| --------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Action    | TBOS update, firmware upload, validate, activate, HA switchover, etc. |
| Device    | The target device's display name.                                     |
| User      | Who triggered the action.                                             |
| Timestamp | When the action started.                                              |
| Result    | Success, failure, or the specific status returned.                    |

Use the Action Log as an audit trail for firmware activity across your fleet, or to confirm a recent action completed as expected.
