# Dashboards

MaaS comes with a set of default dashboards designed to cover the monitoring needs of most deployments. We actively maintain and improve these defaults — if you think something should be added or changed, email **<support@telcobridges.com>** with your suggestion.

## Default Dashboards

| Dashboard                  | Description                                          |
| -------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Default: All TB Units | All TelcoBridges units regardless of product type |
| Default: ProSBC 1+1        | ProSBC in a 1+1 high availability environment        |
| Default: ProSBC Standalone | ProSBC without high availability |
| Default: TMG 1+1           | TelcoBridges Media Gateway in a 1+1 HA environment   |
| Default: TMG Standalone | TelcoBridges Media Gateway without high availability |

{% hint style="info" %}
The 1+1 dashboards are tailored for HA deployments — the Overview page shows Active/Standby status and displays CPU and RAM for both units. Standalone dashboards focus on a single unit.

## Dashboard Pages

Each default dashboard contains the following pages:

### Overview

Active alarms, CPU, RAM, global active calls, and call counts. The call count graphs are controlled by the dashboard time selector (top right).

On 1+1 dashboards, this page also shows which unit is Active and which is Standby, with CPU and RAM displayed for both hosts.

### Defense Overview

A troubleshooting-focused page for isolating call drop anomalies by NAP:

* **Firewall stats and alarms** (ProSBC only — TMG does not have a firewall)
* **Call drops by NAP** — Local, Remote, and System drops shown at 24-hour, 1-hour, and 15-minute windows
* **Drop type graphs** and a trailing week call pattern graph

Use this page to spot unusual drop patterns and narrow down which NAP is experiencing issues.

### NAPs

Key NAP statistics displayed in a table format. On TMG dashboards, NAPs are separated by type (VoIP, Digital Signaling, and CAS). On ProSBC dashboards, all NAPs are shown together.

### Calls

Similar call information to the NAPs page but presented with different display styles for alternative visual analysis.

### Call Drops

A graph-focused view of call drop data — similar information to Defense Overview but with more visual emphasis on trends rather than raw numbers.

### Audit Logs

Configuration changes, user logons, and Web GUI actions collected from the unit.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Audit log collection requires TMedia firmware version **3.3.13.151** or later (both ProSBC and TMG). If you are unable to upgrade, a local workaround procedure is available — contact **<support@telcobridges.com>** for details.
{% endhint %}

### Total Calls

Call count data controllable by the dashboard time selector (top right). Use this to view call volumes over different time ranges.

### Backup Configurations

View and download configuration backups from your unit. Backups are available as `.json.gz` files.

## Creating a New Dashboard

To create a dashboard from scratch, click the **Create Dashboard** button in the top right of the dashboard list. This gives you a blank canvas to add widgets to.

For most cases, **cloning an existing dashboard is faster** — it gives you a working starting point that you can modify.

## Cloning a Dashboard

If you have a unique monitoring need that the defaults don't cover, clone one of the default dashboards and customize the copy.

1. Open the dashboard you want to use as a starting point
2. Click the **Clone** button in the top right corner

<figure><img src="https://1030294288-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fvb3mSIMfASX8vMnbtyli%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-4adc8433212d8f471d2e7d5721d5baf380137c85%2Fdashboard-clone.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Clone button location in the top right of the dashboard</p></figcaption></figure>

3. Give your cloned dashboard a new name
4. Modify widgets, add new ones, or remove ones you don't need
5. Save the dashboard

Your cloned dashboard is fully independent — edit it freely without affecting the original.

{% hint style="info" %}
Default dashboards are maintained by TelcoBridges and may be updated over time. Your cloned dashboards are independent copies and will not be affected by updates to the defaults.
